Our Sure Signal sn 40124247152 has been operating well for several years but last week it stopped working with the following LEDs.
- Flashing Power LED
- Solid orange internet LED
- Solid orange in-use LED
Nothing has changed in my setup within the last 6 months but upon investigation I can only ping one of your servers: 212.183.133.182
None of the other servers are responding or reachable.
Speed test results are:
- Ping 13ms
- Download 37.24Mbit/s
- Upload 8.35Mbit/s
External IP is 92.27.83.75
traceroute result is:
Tracing route to 212.183.133.177 over a maximum of 30 hops
I have not seen any announed service outages, is the service still running?
Regards,
Mark.

@Mark_B Sorry for the delay in replying to your post.
I've taken a look at your serial number and can see your device made a successful connection on 7 November at 6.14pm.
Please can you let us know if you're still having trouble?

Thanks for the update but no improvement, the Sure Signal remains in the same unhappy state; flashing red and, solid amber internet and solid amber in use. Have you made any configuration changes in the last few weeks or any advice on what this error sequence really means?
Cheers,
Mark.

Still having trouble. Do you recommend I delete the Sure Signal and re-enable it?
Mark.

I've attempted the reset procedure but the Sure Signal would not reset. I powered down the unit and now it will not boot, no LEDs, no link status... dead. It appears the unit has failed so parhaps this is part of the original problem. I'll source another unit and retry.
Cheers,
Mark.

I made the switch to the new unit and wthin 10 minutes it synched up and all phones camped on. No other changes have been necessarey to my network so it seems to have been a unit failure.
Thanks for your help.
Mark.
