Changed Sim two weeks ago and sure signal still will not work.

I changed my sim card but kept the same number.

I moved on to one of them micro sim cards and now my sure signal will not work with my phone.

I have rebboted the phone and the sure signal no end of times and they still will not work.

Sure signal S/N 40130418003

could some one from support give it a kick for me

Consider it done :smileywink:

I’ve just resynced your Sure Signal for you.

So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

• Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
• Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
• Once the lights come back on, release the button
• The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

Let me know how you get on.
