I've started the process for the above by asking another number (my wife's, but on my personal account) to be the SS3 admin.
I've got the email from VF telling her (me) "To accept, go to vodafone.co.uk/myaccount, log in and go to My Sure Signal at the top of the page"
A. No link to SS at top of page.
B. When I do manage to go through the labyrinth in the account details, I get a "pending_owner" messsage.
Since I am the owner, not sure what else I can do at this stage?
If it helps, my SS3 serial number is 42142815564
