Had SS working on sky router. Moved to BT 2 weeks ago. Followed instructiuons on port forwarding etc (same as for sky) but can't get a connection through. Have tried resetting (holding down reset key, turning power of while still holding button down etc.) and detregistering and reregistering but nothing seems to work. What else can I do?

Please check your router settings, if you have a Smart setup option which is enabled, please disable this.
So we can rule out a fault with the Sure Signal, please test it at a different location such as at a friend or family members (preferably with a different ISP).
