I'm in the U.S. and have a PDP authentication failure. I've tried ringing 447836191191 and the call will not connect. How do I speak to Vodafone ? Also the live chat will not connect

Hi,

I'm sure one of the Tech Team will be along to help with your account.

In the meantime have you tried the generic resets such as.....

On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.


Other options are :

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
