I have a issue my contract broadband usb is broken beyond repair a very long and complicated anyway the end result is i need a new contract broadband otherwise im stuck to say the least up the creak without a very useful paddle. Any ideas what to do? As far as i know i cant put the dongle into a payg usb HELP please

I'm sorry you haven't made any progress yet despite various correspondence via email.

Touching back on your initial point you should be able to use the Contract sim card in a Pay As You Go dongle, meaning that you could purchase one via one of our stores and I could guide you through changing the settings to make it work with your contract sim,

In my opinion this may just be the best way forward and saves you going round in circles slightly.

I'll keep a close eye on this thread, furthermore please feel free to refer to me for help with this.
