Could not activate mobile data network on iphone 6

Hi, 

My new iphone 6 says 'could not activate mobile data network' every time I try to use the internet/send picture messages.

I have tried to follow the steps posted on the Vodafone site and have entered my number to receive a text message with instructions in, but neither work. 

Any ideas/help?

Hi @CJessup07,

Please try a hard reset of your iPhone 6 by holding the power and home buttons down together for 15 seconds. Once the Apple logo appears, please release the buttons.
