Csd With Pay As You Go

I am looking for answers to some questions regarding the use of Vodafone Pay As You Go SIMs with CSD (circuit switch data). I know that previously to utilise this service you had to call customer services and get an analogue data number for standard modem communication allocated to your account which can then be used for the data call. The questions I have are

1. Is this service still available to new Pay As You customers and can they still get allocated analogue data numbers via customer services.

2. Is there some quota system used when allocating these numbers - ie. are there only so many allocated per month ?

3. Is there any set date when Vodafone will no longer provide this service (CSD) on Pay As You Go accounts ?

I'm another person wanting to use CSD on a PAYG SIM in a Maestro M100Evo GPRS Modem!
