Been with Voda for nearly 20 years and customer loyalty...I don't think so.
All I need is to speak to the call centre in Wales that have resolved part of my problem, not India. not Scotland/Ireland who caused the whole problem just Wales who spend time and listen
I have spent 5hrs 30 mins onto customer services, written along letter outlining most of the problem
My complaint centres around 3 deals I was sold by some girl in the 'customer loyalty team' and that telephone conversation needed to be listened to (24 minutes worth but that included the bouncing around the India call centre) because of the lies she told.
I got a phone call from Asia to resolve my complaint but had she listened to the source of the complaint...oh no she didn't need to do that because she could 'resolve the complaint' but guess what after 90 minutes she hadn't and I hung up.
Oh and the £10 check your account it just gets added.
Any advice greatfully requested

Hi
Things can sometimes go wrong which I'm sure many accept, but then it's ultimately down to how it's put right that then counts ,and instills confidence back into the product and service.
Communication is Key.
This eforum is owned and monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name. All posts are read by them.
Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch.

HI
I have had these problems before from vodafone and i only know sure way to get the fixed and by going over the customer service heads.
What i can advise is to fill out the form which i will leave a link at the bottom with. Its a EU online complaints form that sent online to vodafone head office. If you do someone from the upper complaints departments will contact you within 24hrs normal but can take up to 48hrs. They will correct this error and normally give compensation or a bigger discount for the error if you ask for this as part of your complaint. You can also find the link to the EU complaints on Vodafone site under the complaint section. I have found this to be the best help you can get when you keep getting mugged of by customer service as this complaint goes over their heads and straight to the complaint managers.

Best of luck and i assure you this will get the problem fixed by using this method .
Best of look and i hope you get it resolved.
