Customer loyality?

Very disappointed today, I have been a customer for donkey's years and have had a 50% discount on my last two 2 year contracts. Came to renew today and VF will not do the 50% loyalty for me again! Clearly they  don't want customers to remain loyal anymore. So off to TalkTalk for me.

Talk Mobile is owned and is part of Vodafone.

The best way forward is wait until you are completely out of contract and use the thinking of leaving option and ask for a PAC code.  Providing you are not asking for an iphone or the latest flagship phone, you will be pleasantly amazed at the offers.

I am out of contract now and when they wouldn't do the 50% for me today I asked and got a PAC code. There wasn't any enthusiasm apparent for me to stay.

Looking at some recent information talk talk mobile is to switch from Vodafone to o2 so do ensure o2 provide adequate signsl where you live,work and commute.

Just to add. 

If you want to use your phone on any network then ask for it to be unlocked to all Networks. 

Unlocking-your-phone-NUC.

That way you could test Networks signal by way of Payg sims.

All that said if this was my situation I'd try again with the retention department to see if another agent can sweeten the deal for you. If not then I wish you all the best.

Ring 191 and choose Thinking of Leaving. 

When the agent answers specifically ask if they are the Retention Department.
