I need contact details for customer relations please! I have been trying to get a satisfactory outcome to an issue that has arise because of Vodafone and the incompetence of the staff/systems. If I am not contacted by 4pm today I will be issuing Vodafone with legal costs as I will be consulting a lawyer.
You have had over 6 days to resolve my issue and rectify your mistakes and come up with a resolution that is in line with the issues I have faced.

Call 191 - that's the only number there is.

Well, that really sums Vodafone up lately, nobody taking ownership. I'll just follow the course of action that I believe is correct and go from there.
