Good evening guys!

So on the 25th of Mar I bought Vodafone broadband. I was quoted activation 31st Mar. I received a text saying it's been delayed till the 3 or April. Then later in the week another text saying the 6th April.

I rung up and asked about this.

They apologised for this and said they will refresh my mobile data in the mean time.

They actually ended up removing my data from my tariff completely. I rung up on the 31st and asked why my data has gone off my tariff (it doesn't say 0 out of 10gb it's actually nothing showing that it's included on my bundle). I was told they've tried to refresh this and waited 24 hours to sort it out.

It's now 6 days later. I have rung up 7 times spending 5 hours on the phone and 3 online chats. Still the same issue of no data.
And been told they will keep trying to refresh.

They came back to me today (3rd Apr) and said try the sim in another phone which I have and nothing.

Still currently waiting to find a resolution has anyone experienced this?

Please let the Vodafone Team here catch up with your thread and I'm sure they will help you with this situation.
