So, this is my first contract and I went to carphone warehouse, I got the iPhone 7plus. The deal at the time was get 10gb of data free. So my contract came with 16gb plus 10gb free which I queried and found out it lasted the whole 2 years. I downloaded the my Vodafone app and it has only registered the 16gb that came with my plan. What do I do?

As youve opened up the contract with CPW youll need to speak with them.

Hi @Rochellesmith

 

With this being a Carphone tariff, they should be in a position to clarify the data allowance with you.

 

As a general rule, your online account will show the data at the standard rate of 16GB with the extra 10GB kicking when the 16GB has been used.
