De-register Sure Signal Box

I have left Vodafone due to a change of employer and they have provided a new mobile with a different carrier.

 

I have a vodafone sure signal box which I have passed on to someone else.

 

I have telephoned Vodafone several time recently only to be told that due to system faults they cannot de-register at this time.

 

I shall be most grateful if you will de-register the box for me if I provide the serial number etc.

I have received an email saying a PM has been sent to me. The system says my PM box is ticked to receive messages but this message isn't there. Maybe you could email the message to me. Thanks.

We'll need to access your Vodafone account to de-register your Sure Signal  - I've sent you a PM with instructions on how to contact the team, follow these and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

 

The other PM wasn't from us I'm afraid so I don't know what was on it.
