I have left Vodafone due to a change of employer and they have provided a new mobile with a different carrier.
I have a vodafone sure signal box which I have passed on to someone else.
I have telephoned Vodafone several time recently only to be told that due to system faults they cannot de-register at this time.
I shall be most grateful if you will de-register the box for me if I provide the serial number etc.
