I want to de-register my sure signal box?

ive phoned vodafone twice today and kept getting told updates were getting done and they didnt understand what i wanted to do! i want to un register my sure signal box so that a family member can then set it up with there contract! please can someone help me de register my sure signal box? many thanks! katie

We'll be happy to unregister your Sure Signal for you so that somebody else can take it over.
