I want to de-register my sure signal but it does not show up as a registered device in my services. I've been using the sure signal until 29 Sep but no longer require it having moved house. Please help.

"When you log in to your account you'll get a list of the numbers on your phone account in the middle of the page, click on ANY of them. On the left there will be an option "manage services" and if you click that you'll find the Sure Signal dashboard link on the left." From Here.

I'd found the sure signal link on the left but upon clicking it did not have the option to de-register. Hence my original request for help.
