I have a default showing on my credit score, which is for £14 but my final bill showed as 0.00 and when i logged into my account to check it said 0 balance and no payment due.

From reading other peoples post this is going to afffect me getting a morgage and Im glad I check before applying

Help , How do I sort this

Thanks

Michelle

A default for £14 ! Such a small amount that can affect a person for 6 years.

Please take a look at the help post I put together @wollie102

Default-on-your-Credit-File and-How-to-add-a-Notice-of-Correction.

Contacting Customer Services would be the first step via the avenues in Contact-us or let the Social Media Team here catch up with your thread and engage with you.

You are correct that a Default can affect applications for mortgages.

I hope all goes well for you.

Thanks

I called and because I don’t have the phone number anymore or the account number

they are telling me they can’t find the account so what do I do now as I really want this sorted and if the account can’t be found I’m thinking that they must of closed my account because it was clear like the last bill said and my online account when I last logged in

so the post helped but I’m stuck again and Vodafone are now being too helpful and that’s frustrating

Sorry that should read not being very helpful
