Defaulted Account on credit score

I have a defaulted account showing on my credit score how do i settle this? i have called customer services several times and have got nowhere. someone please help!

Hi @JennaHart

Was you ever contacted by a debt collection company at any time ? If so you may need to contact them and settle. 

If not then the debt may still be with Vodafone. 

Let the Vodafone Customer Support Team here catch up with your thread. 

Once paid the status on your Credit File will change from Outstanding to Settled. 

However it will still remain on your Credit File for 6 years if the default was warranted.
