Hi I have a defaulted sum of £156 on my credit file from vodafone, this occured because when vodafone changed their billing system, they added six months to my contract. After much arguing with vodafone, I was advised that the best way to deal with this would be to pay off the balance, which I did and once that it had been paid, vodafone would refund me the money back, which they have. I have emails and voice notes confirming that this was an error on part of Vodafone. I only stumbled on this, as I attempted to try Vodafone again and purchase a new SIMO (£25 for 25GB offer). How do I get this resolved?

Passed from pillar to post, after speaking to Vodafone on 191, they have spoken to the credit file support team, who have now advised that I need to speak to the customer relations team as they dealt with my refund. So again they have acknowledged that they refunded me £220 for their mistake but I have to speak to another team. I was advised at the time of the refund that they checked my credit file to ensure nothing adverse had been added, foolish me, that I took their word for it.
I now remember the pain I had to go through to correct their mistake last time to get my money refunded to me. Maybe I was crazy to even think about going back to vodafone.....
