Deregister Sure Signal

Hello,

I have a sure signal in my house that belonged to a friend who has moved out and changed from vodaphone to EE so she can no longer access her Vodaphone account so how can we transfer the sure signal to me?

As your friend is the original owner, they’ll need to contact us to deregister the Sure Signal.
