Hi, I have recently moved my business to another network and as such I want to deactivate my Sure Signal, as my new network is able to give me coverage at home without a box!
I can't log in anymore to do this as my account is no longer active.
I want to sell the box on ebay but need it off their system before I can do this.

Hi Please help me to deregister my sure signal box.
I have recently become a non vodafone customer and therefore cannot access my online account to do this myself.

I need assitance to de-register my V3 sure signal box as i am no longer with Vodafone and my account has been closed so cannot do it myself, i am giving it to a work collegue who is still with Vodafone and would like it de-registered as soon as possible please so that he can get it set up, any assistance/help asap would be appreciated.

My partner and I had a sure signal a long time ago through work and now we have moved house and jobs but would like to re register. The original account with Vodafone that the sure signal was on is no longer active but I am a personal customer of yours for two telephones.
How do I go about this please?

You are going to have to talk to the original account holder about deregistering the Sure Signal who will need to contact Vodafone and make the request.
Due to data protection, the device will need to be deregistered against the original owners account, even if the account is no longer active, Vodafone will still be able to locate the account.

Ok so it would need to be my ex employer that called in?
Or us because they bought it for our property?

It will be who ever the suresignal box was first registered to, (Admin on the account page for it)
If you have admin access through your account, then you should be able to de-register it through that, as I had to do this morning myself, but from what I have read on the forums, at moment there seems to be a problem with the registration sever for the sure signal boxes, so it will not activate once registered unless it is manually done so via one of the admins here or through the suresignal support people via customer services.
