Could someone please help me deregister my Sure Signal as I have sold it to someone else.

I have a similar request however need to transfer it from my cancelled account to alive one, the link you posted James does not work for me?

Hi there
The reason the link doesn't work is because you haven't been sent a Private Message so there will be no messages in your Private Message inbox containing the necessary instructions.
One of the eForum Team will be able to drop you your own Private Message and arrange to get in touch in order to help you deregister the SureSignal device. The do deal with all posts on a first come first served basis, so please be patient.

Hi James,
I can't de-register it as the mobile number it was registered with is no longer with Vodafone, my other number (which is a user of the box) does not have any options to maintain the sure signal box.
A query has been sent.
