After resetting the device a lot of times it is still not working. Out of the 4 lights on the front only the mobile light (3rd down) is not on. I have 2 phones registered to the device but neither has had any signal for the past 4 days. After looking through the forum i think i might need the box re-syncing, the serial is 21197153535.

Hi Marsh_1986, 

 

I’ve just resynced your device for you so, to make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-


Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

 

Let me know how you get on.

I’ve taken a look at the registration for you and can see that everything looks OK as it has updated last night.

 

Are you still having trouble or is this now connecting fine?

 

Also, what phones are you using?

No its still not working. Im using an iphone 4s and also a nokia c30 i think, its my work phone. Both have been ok previously on the vss.
