Hi.
My husband had a Vodafone account but is now on EE.
He registered the Vodafone Sure Signal, but has now lost the active Vodafone account (so he cannot login to deregister the device).
I need to re-register the Sure Signal for me, as I have the Vodafone account and telephone.
I need the contact details so that we can reassign the Sure Signal - the address has not changed.

If you get your husband to contact us via Live help, they'll look into de-registering the device for him.

Hi @Kwakakid
If your browser doesn't connect to Live help after a couple of minutes, please call us on 03333 040191.
If you no longer have a Vodafone account, please ignore the prompt to enter your mobile number three times.
You'll then be able to choose Pay monthly or Pay as you go support, depending on which service you used to have.
