Early upgrade help

My contract ends in January but my early upgrade is in November. Do I have to pay off til the end of my contract if I want to change now or do I pay off up to the early upgrade date?

You have to pay to the end of the contract I'm afraid.

By change, do you mean move to another network or upgrade to a new contract with Vodafone?

I did mean upgrade to a new phone with vodafone😁

It isn't unknown for Vodafone to give an upgrade earlier than the normal upgrade date. I'd call them or go into a Vodafone store and ask the question.
