I hope someone can help. When this device works it's great, I can actually make a call from home. However, having had this device for approximately 6 weeks, over the past two weeks the device seems to go offline by itself. I tried a reset, but the only way to resolve is power on / off. I can't imagine this is normal behaviour, can I do any further diagnosis that the following?:

Sorry for delay in response, I wanted to give some time to check.
Whatever you did appears to have made it much more stable, fingers crossed.
Thank you all for your great assistance, and Happy New Year for tomorrow 🙂

Hi there
Sorry for delay, I was away this weekend.
When I got back, the red light was flashing again, and the two right lights were orange.
I cycled the power and then the red light is constant with the left most light pulsating white.
The serial number is 40133492575.
Thanks
John

Hi jgroarke_uk,
Everything looks fine so I've done a resync for you, please do the following reset to complete the process;
1 - Hold the reset button until all 4 lights are solid. Don't let go of the button until step 4
2 - Remove the power cable then the LAN cable
3 - Insert ONLY the power cable
4 - When the lights flash 1, 2, 3 then 4 release the reset button and wait for the unit to boot (5 minutes should do it).
5 - Insert the LAN cable and wait
Let us know how you get on,
Kay

HI
Are the above instructions good for v3? I ask because I held the reset button for at least 20seconds with no change in lights (at the time the red light and the left most two were solid). Just in case, I did repeat the rest of instructions after letting go of the reset button.
Thanks for your help thusfar.
John

Hi jgroarke_uk,
Apologies - these are instructions for an earlier version.
Give these steps a go instead. Some users have replied that the lights only go off after they release the button, but it's the 30 seconds which is the key.
