Excluded e mail

I noticed this message in my settings whilst changing parameters to my liking 

YOUR EMAIL IS EXCLUDED FROM SENDING MESSAGES

And then when I pressed subscribe it says are you sure,as there is no going back 

Has any one else seen or know anything else about this 

The only explanation I can thunk off is when I was trying to get private messages through a couple of days ago and it didn't say success it just sent me to unbox your phone page 

If I do re subscribe what will I lose

Yes its on this forum under my settings and it wont let me take a screen shot.

It says protected content 

Also as i mentioned earlier about predictive text struggling which after sending sms and emails my problems are only on the forum 

I have had to type this one letter at a time 

Im getting the feeling ive upset someone 

Im going to double check ive not switched something by mistake

Yep its only on here and i still have to type one word at a time amd can not take screenshot 

PROTECTED CONTENT 

I have had DRM protected but not the former 

And for typing i have just tried sms so my phone settings are ok i can type there no problem

Just cleared cache typing is even faster than ever but still can not take a screen shot 

It's when I press my avatar and under settings and then email that's when I get the your email has been excluded from sending messages 

Like I said earlier in the previous days I was having problems replying to private messages from the forum team were you get confirmation,I was just getting sent to the unbox your phone page. So i am wondering wether my messages might of gone through but I didn't get the message sent successfully.

I don't know I've had that many problems in the last week than what I had all last year.

Not to worry oh and the email excluded message is in a Orange box

I understand about the picture even more so with this tech stuff but I've tried since and it's definitely restricted from being able to take screen shots

It's for this forum I've managed to get a shot 

 I didn't know the pictures end up at bottom under more options 

IT is  strange how one minute it's protected but few minutes later I'll lets me take it 

And yes my problems are on the forum not on phone that i am aware of

I may be wrong but that looks like you've opted to not get emails from the Community Forum when i.e. Someone replies to your posts / replies. This maybe the reason why you've had earlier issues receiving replies from the Team. 

Re subscribing I would have thought wouldn't lose anything but then would allow notifications to come through. 

How are you taking Screenshots and Is it via your Samsung phone ?

Yes i am using my phone and was using power and and home button together (I turned palm swipe off after reading one of your previous posts ie battery saving tips)

I presume you have seen the screen shot I managed (but it's at the bottom under more options, I thought they attached to the message,

strange how it kept saying protected content or unauthorised I can't remember which to be honest but then it let me take one

but when tried to put it in the message I got a thick red X )

(P.s im surprised I didn't hear the wrong answer noise from family fortunes)😉

i am going to hang fire though until I can get to a Vodafone store

Don't want to make it any worse and at least now I can communicate with out having to spell every word.

As @BandOfBrothers mentioned, it looks as though at some point you've opted out of receiving Community notifications. If you click on 'Resubscribe' and follow the prompts, this should resolve the issue.
