Excluded e mail

I noticed this message in my settings whilst changing parameters to my liking 

YOUR EMAIL IS EXCLUDED FROM SENDING MESSAGES

And then when I pressed subscribe it says are you sure,as there is no going back 

Has any one else seen or know anything else about this 

The only explanation I can thunk off is when I was trying to get private messages through a couple of days ago and it didn't say success it just sent me to unbox your phone page 

If I do re subscribe what will I lose

There's a way of telling if a page is protected and screenshots are excluded.   Go to the page, then tap the Recent Apps button.   Protected pages will appear blank, with just their header and frame.  It's to stop personal information from appearing - and I suspect it's this bit, rather than the screenshot that they're most interested in.   The latter is collateral damage.

My problems change all the time,but not all at once like posting a message or reply,same way as I always do and one of the latest ones is my posts being posted a couple of times and once I was a aware of it so was carefull and it still posted multiple times and one was no another part of the forum pay monthly I think must admit not 100% sure

It's definitely not me I've had to subscribe 3 times now and after the first time it said successful.

So I had not been in that menu to change settings

But it has and I know this is totally different but I keep putting  my location on battery saving and gps only but I can check again in have an hour and it has changed it to full on mode.maybe when I got that (YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN MODIFIED IN  A  UNAUTHORISED WAY VISIT A SERVICE CENTRE)and  then dispapear is strange and knox is safe I Tried and got the 0x0 void

Now I have to edit my messages after posting because they as

Are hard to understand at the best of times but in last few days they are really garden under stand
