Hi,
I wonder if someone in Vodafone can help me with a question. Customer services ordered a suresignal for me over the phone (as part of a deal - complicated situation that at the moment probably doesn't need explaining in full). They said it will be sent out soon. That was 3 weeks ago. I called in 1.5 weeks ago and they said there is no stock, and I'm still waiting.
Is there any stock of this elusive suresignal at the moment? My journey with vodafone has been very very rocky recently to say the least and this really isnt helping. I'm trying to stay with voda but I think at the end of my contract, I'm strongly leaning to the option of leaving. Added to this is the fact that other people on this forum seems to be receiving their boxes so there must be some stock somewhere.
I hope this message finds its way to someone who is able to help and at least can tell me whether there are suresignals in the stockrooms now.

Thanks for chasing this up.
Could I take the email tracking reference that would have been provided by way of an auto response?
We'll then be able to locate your email and provide an update for you.
At the moment we are working emails much later than 07/11/12 so it may have been routed to another department.

When I used the on-line chat feature my inquiry was dealt with extremely efficiently. A little overdone on how much pleasure I was giving the other person, but nevertheless a satisfactory outcome.

I went into the Vodafone flagship store in london today and they said there is a sure signal 3 coming out. Therefore there is no old stock left and new units haven't arrived yet.
They don't know when the sure signal will start selling again. The online/telephone service obviously is still out of stock and they also don't know.
The real question is why is vodafone not publicising the fact that there are no sure signals anywhere during this time in between suresignal 2 and 3. Furthermore, they should update us on the expected delivery of the new stock. Everyone's final answer comes down to "I don't know when".
Vodafone doesn't need my email ref nor further private messages to let us know when this stock is arriving - this is not a personal singular case. Everyone who has an order in the last several months on hold has the right to know realistic estimated dates.
This has gone to the stage of being unacceptable.

I've been waiting for mine since 22nd September - then out of the blue got a cancellation notice. So I'ved "asked guy " what is going on !

Still no reply here or elsewhere.
Is there someone managerial in Vodafone that might have more knowledge on this suresignal situation?
I realise that most customers have fine reception, but it's not great for the company to ignore the population that doesn't have signal, especially if we're willing to pay for a solution that doesn't seem to exist at the moment.

I ordered a Sure Signal last week and on Monday got an email saying it was on its way to the store I had chosen.
When I called today to chase I was told it has not been sent and there is no stock.
I would like to know how I can get hold of one quickly as I really need it this weekend.
