Afternoon,
I know it is a network command rather than a phone specific command but for some reason the usual **61*121*11*30# Send isn't working on my iPhone 6S Plus. It just says;
"Setting Registration Succeeded
Voice Call Forwarding
When Unanswered"
Has anybody else seen this issue? Normally the code works fine.

The list was extensive but I've cleared the lot now. I retried the extended ring code again but got something else added so cleared it again.
Unfortunately, expecting any large company to know the correct answers or indeed have more than one representative giving out the same answer is wishful thinking. Vodafone are no better or worse than the rest of them. It just isn't good overall.

OK, so to now add insult to injury I can't reset my divert to voicemail as Vodafone are unable to do it. I get the message "sorry we have been unable to set your divert settings at this time, please try again later" Even the code Inputted manually on the keypad throws up an error!
i guess I've cured the ring extension by not having a voicemail option now as it rings for an age before just cutting off.

Voicemail back working now so we can start again with trying to extend the ring time.

Call 1210 from your phone to turn voicemail off.
To activate it again, call 1211

Divert to voicemail was cleared along with all diverts when I entered ##002# send. My voicemail message remained though, just the ability to divert to it was lost. To get it back I entered The ring extender code (**61*121*11*30#) and voicemail divert reappeared!
None of the voicemail divert codes would work. Ringing 121 or pressing the voicemail key on the phone and getting through was pointless as per previous post.

My comment on the phone ringing for an age without voicemail being active was largely tongue in cheek but yes, in reality, it does ring a lot longer that way and until a solution is found for the correct way it is a solution of sorts, albeit a bad one.
