First comes First service? WHAT A JOKE!

I'm not usually one to make a complaint but this just wound we up!

I ordered my iphone 6 plus 64gb grey on Friday (12th) morning and then the exact same model again on Sunday (14th) afternoon for a family member, both to be collected from separate London stores.

I expected a high demand and a wait to collect the phone that was ordered on the Sunday

but wait ... 

My phone which was ordered on Friday (12th) now suddenly has a 3 week wait when the phone ordered on Sunday (14th) can be picked up this Monday!!

How is that FIRST COMES FIRST SERVICE???!!???!!

The service given by vodafone stinks!

Would have been better purchasing a sim only plan and queued outside an apple store considering I took the afternoon off work to collect the phone and only to be told on the same day by email that I had a 3 week wait!

I've been with vodapone for almost 10 years and beginning to think its time to leave,

Are they different models, even if only in colour.. it seems there are more of one type than the other, so if you order Gold you might get it, Space Grey, you might not.

Live Chat CS told me that the Gold iPhones (all models) are delayed from Apple...

One of the many excuses we are being told!

I spoke to CS about this and it was like hitting my head aginst a brick wall,

They refused to comment on the whole first comes first case

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB in Silver, on Saturday 13th of September at 20:10.
I got to stage 4, vodafone said they had given the parcel to DPD, DPD assured me they hadn't received t yet (as did their online tracker).

It arrived at about 4:15/4:30pm today.
The tracker still says it's in Smethwick and that they haven't collected it yet.
