I'm unable to reset my password for mobile email, when asked for a reset it sent the new password to my old blackberry which I no longer have.
Called vodafone 191 yestesterday and explained to John my issue and said he'll investigate with the blackberry team.
At 18.52 I recieved a text from John stating "Please accept our apologies and we are investigation your issue with the blackberry team and reach you within 1 hour john, vodafone."
I'm still waiting for the call back and I bemused to see how difficult it is to reset a password that is controlled by yourselfs :smileyfrustrated:
