After renewing my contract as sim only (keeping sim and handset that has worked perfectly for last 2 years), I now seem to have fallen foul of the MMS messages not working as numerous other users have.
I have verified all settings and have been to 2 different vodafone stores on 3 seperate visits to verify MMS messaging is enabled on the account (I was told on the first visit it was barred, so they unbarred it, on the subsiquent 2 visits they have confirmed this is not barred)
I tried ringing 191 from my handset and got bounced through numerous automated resposnses, which resulted in it advising me to go into store.
The store advisor said everything is correct and to contact technical by ringing 191 on the handset. ARRRRGGGGHHHH
How do I go about resolving this issue?
