Galaxy S7 Edge Video Call Problem

Using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I want to video call my contacts but I can't because the video call icon (green camera) is not available. Why is this and how can I get it to work? I know two other people with the S7 Edge and they can video call people fine.

You may need customer service to enable it for you. 

Have you considered Google Hangouts or Skype as alternatives.

Do you both have a good 3G signal.

Yes. 3G signal is good.

As mentioned then you may need to speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat to provision your account for video calls. 

Are the other people using iPhones ?

Have you selected 3G as your connection type in the phone ?

Other people are using the S7 and the S7 Edge. Both can video call me but I can't VC them. Yes I do have 3G selected.
