HTC 10 - When?

Hello Vodafone,

I know, for some odd reason, you decided to snub the new HTC M10 at its launch and said you weren't going to stock it but when will you, in reality, have it available so that I can upgrade from my dying HTC M7.

According to this:  http://www.stuff.tv/news/best-htc-10-uk-contract-deals   it is possible to get a Vodafone contract for an M10, albeit through a third party.   The only response I get from your stores is "Computer says No".

I have a business account with you and wish to (1) stay with HTC because I like the kit, and stay with you, and (2) upgrade to the M10.   So when can I do this or are you really telling me to s*d off and take my business to EE or 3?

Hi I heard from Vodafone themselves that in 5 to 7 days time they will have the HTC 10 ready.....
I will believe it when it arrives at my door, but I will definitely let you know the outcome......
So for now I'm hoping for my HTC 10 within two weeks....

Here's hoping!! 😩

Hi @Marcus61

I'm curious which Customer Service Department of Vodafone advised this ?

@Marcus61 Vodafone never comment on which phones are upcoming for release and I very much doubt if a CS agent would be privy to any information before a public anouncement is made.

I would be inclined to take what you have been told with a pinch of salt!

I'd be interested to see if this does happen, I'm getting very tempted to buy one outright and downgrade my account to a sim only..

You should do that for two reasons. The main being that Vodafone isn't going to stock the HTC 10 and the second being that you'll probably save money.

The phone from Very works out at around £40 a month 0% for 12 months and a sim only deal similar to my contract is £19 not including the VEA or whatever it's called now.. so works be worth doing..
