My phone has to be rebooted each time I want to turn my data on for the internet
Does anyone experience the same ?
Any ideas how to fix this or is it just what you have to do ! ?

So when you use your SIM card in another phone all is ok.

You could speak to Htc Uk Support.

Hi,

Can you try your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at fault.

You could try a factory reset but please make a backup first to preserve the data in the phones storage memory.

Also try texting WEB to 40127 which may help.

@Ginganuts - If the issue continues, I'd recommend a repair.
