HTC One and Sure Signal

Hi there, I hope someone can help.  In the past 2 months iv upgraded the the HTC One and must say that i love this phone.  My house has a very bad Vodafone signal so iv had my Sure Signal v2 box for a copuple of years and must say it has worked very well. 

That being said, now that i have my new phone i cannot help a conversation on it.  The wierd thing is that it looks to have full signal strength  which i would expect being connected to ym sure signal but when im at home all my calls are unhearable, that is if they connect at all.  My wife's phone is still working fine (Samsung Galaxy S3) so im wondering if it is somehting to do with being 4g ready, should not think so as my area is not supported my 4g yet.

Any suggestions would be gratefully apprecated.

Hi rabch23, 

Did you have a new SIM when you upgraded? If so this is probably why it's not working. 

You'll just need to deregister your number and then re-register after a couple of hours. 

If you haven't had a new SIM please let me know your Sure Signal serial number.
