What the typical process is @mulhearnf is to insert an active Non Vodafone Sim card which should then invoke a pop up box where you then key in your unlock code to finalise the process.

ok, i tried with a giff gaff sim.

the phone asks for a security code.

the unlock code does not work.

nor does

any ideas?
