Help De-Registering my Sure Signal

I have a Sure Signal box which was original registered by one of my staff (Steve Barrett) for testing purposes. He is no longer with Vodafone, so no longer has a Vodafone account, therefore he can't de-register the Sure Signal. That means I can't attach it to our account at Lord Wandsworth College. Please could you arrange to de-register it for me?

The serial number is 40123604684.

Thanks for your post.

We can only de-register the Sure Signal if the original owner requests it.

It doesn’t matter that they’re no longer with Vodafone anymore, we can still do it. Please ask the original owner to contact us here.
