I have a BT home hub 5 and a sure signal 3. The home hub works fine but the suresignal doesnt work, It has been this way for sometime as I havent had time to sort it but no one seems able to help. I see I am not the only person with this problem but can someone PLEASE help me resolve it?

Your speed test results from here.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

As the Sure Signal has never worked with the Home Hub 5, I've put through a resync from our end.

Best of luck getting this sorted out - I was having similar issues with a Homehub 5 and Suresignal 2.

Vodafone say that it just works, but a number of posters are having the same issues with the Suresignal not connecting.
The only thing that seems to be different is that the Ausus router that I'm using allows IPSec passthrough, but these settings appear to be hidden on the HH5.
It's just incredible that HH5 and Suresignal don't just work, especially as they are both (supposedly) designed for UPNP (universal plug and play).
