Hot sure signal

My sure signal is running hit - strong smell of burning at times when in use - all lights on as should be but does not always connect . I have to re boot it regularly to regain connections . It is operating on fibre broad band and sits in a well ventilated location on top of. Living room dresser . I need the phone at home for call outs for work so VF supplied me with the sure signal as I have little or no VF network coverage at home . I have tried contacting vf via the live chat app but the people on the other end just keep wanting to run tests ! Getting a little bit fed up now .

If your unit is overheating when you try it supervised on another electric outlet, please stop using it immediately.

All units come with a two year warranty. If yours is covered, we can arrange a repair.

If it's over two years old, you'll need to purchase a replacement.
