How can I access my Sure Signal online?

Hi
I have recently upgraded my phone and have swapped sim.  I appear to have done this successfully however cannot get a signal within my home - we use a sure signal.  I can not access this via My Vodafone as suggested on your you tube clips.  There was a similar request on the forum and non of the links work.
Help

Hi Zoe,

 

This should take you there .... 

On the home screen of 'My Account'

  • Select 'Manage' next to the main number.
  • Under account services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'

Did you get this resolved? I've been waiting 2 days to sort this out and no one from vodafone has come back to me. It's almost as if they've messed up their website and no one is available to help.

I replied to both of your posts yesterday.

Here is the way to access your Sure Signal account ...

 

 On  the home page of 'My account' or 'Account summary'

 

  • Select 'Manage' next to the your main number.
  • Under account services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'

Thanks for replying, unfortunately I didn't pick them up - I was under the impression I would get an email if someone had replied!

 

I have now found the sure signal access (really obvious - not - it was much easier before) but it appears it is asking me to buy one, rather than manage it.

 

I will email Chazz D my serial number and hopefully this will be sorted!

As you've upgraded your phone, hopefully it's just a case that we need to resync your Sure Signal.

 

Please let us know the serial number of your Sure Signal so we can get this done for you.

The serial number is 42142464819.  I followed cineriv's instructions and can now access sure signal, but it's asking me to buy one!

 

Hopefully you can sort it out for me.

The sure signal is now up and running for my phone, but my partners phone that had been working all aong no longer does.  It is registered on the sure signal as a user but no luck on the phone.

What is going on with it??
