How to re-register Sure Signal?

Hi,

I'm probably making this more difficult than it needs to be however.

My former employers put in Sure Signal at home for me so i could get a signal.

I've since left them, and have moved out of the home and have moved into another property wherein the signal is poor so I want to be able to use the Sure Signal again.

I didn't register Sure Signal originally (former employers did) so I'm not sure how I go about being able to register the Sure Signal in my name to be able to use it?

My former employers registered the SS but I've left them, have a new mobile with Vodafone and need to set up the SS again to work with new mobile.

I can't deregister it as I don't have the account details to sign in.

Can you help please.

It is the original owner (your previous employers) that would need to deregister the device.

Is it possible that you could contact them to do this?

We can only de register the Sure Signal if the original owner gets in touch.
