How to top up a payg k3520

Hello

I had the above dongle on a contract which I've since cancelled but now need to top it up and I'm stuck. I've bought a voucher from a vodafone store who told me I should have a top up option but can't see it anywhere when I go onto the vodafone mobile connect icon.

Welcome to the eForum!!

If you have canceled a modem SIM and not migrated it to PAYG then you will be unable to use this SIM card to top up. Unfortunately you wont be able to just by a data SIM from Vodafone as they come presold with our modems, and not separately.


If you canceled this down and migrated to PAYG but have not topped up inside a month then this SIM would also be disconnected.


Have you tried putting the SIM in a vodafone phone and seeing if it loads up as vodafone or as SIM rejected?

you are unable to migrate a contract dongle sim into a payg dongle sim card it just doesnt work

If you don't mind pink, Argos have this one for £16.99 which makes the dongle £1.99 as it includes a £15 30 day bundle. You could use the voucher next month

EDIT: but they may be out of stock and back up to £25!!
