Hi

It is of course up to you if you wish to leave Vodafone UK.

It could however prove costly to leave early and pay the Early termination fee's.

Is there anything we as fellow customers can help with ?

If you do leave then please do test out other networks via payg sim cards to test service where you live, work and commute.

I agree but sometimes it isn't about the money.

On some of the touches I have had to have with VF have been frustrating to say the least.

In the worst case it took almost 2 months to get a phone fixed and that is only because I raised a complaint.  I spoke to a number of call handlers who said one thing to me and then logged something different.  I asked for call recordings to be reviewed and they weren’t.

Also, I have set up a pin a number of times and it never works so whenever I do call in I have to go through the face of it saying try a different pin.  So not helpful when already not wanting to waste too much time calling.  And I work on building scripts for contact centres, so I know how they work and how to build clean ones..

Oh, and the web site too many loops.  I wanted to go to Live Chat.  So, could the link to go to Live chat but not there was a lovely banner with a happy smiling employee but no chat link:( not a glyph saying sorry we are too busy so it is not on line but just nothing.

So coming to think about it, it has nothing to do with money service is king (or Queen).

It does sound like you've not had the best of experiences.

At the end of the day it is entirely upto individuals. And you pick what you are happy with.

The reality is all Networks have their good and bad points.

Other thing is there is such a market saturation in mobile networks that the churn rate is high both ways.

Yep and I think the good point I am now looking for is service.

Cheers
