Hi,
I have returned my iPhone X within 30days and vodafone Chat has confirmed the device has been received but the contract hasn’t been cancelled and the upfront payment of £149 hasn’t been refunded. Whenever I call 191 they pass me from one department to another and put me on long wait and then hang up the phone. Live chat people can’t help and the customer services team 191 don’t want to help either.
How can I get my money back? It is the worst network.

Hi @kingaman
What have Vodafone Customer Services advised as to the time frame for the refund ?
Should be around 30 days.
Have you left your Direct Debit open too.
The Vodafone Social Media Team here might be able to help.

@kingaman We need to know exactly when you returned the phone to us as we can not refund you until we've received the handset and its has been quality checked.
When you’ve told us you’re returning your product, you need to:
Find out more about how we assess and charge for damaged equipment.
See our terms and conditions for more information on our returns policy.
If you've done all the above please let us know and we'll investigate further

Hi,
I have followed the guidelines. Now live chat adviser says the handset has been received and the order is in process and will be cancelled soon.
