I want to de-registered my Sure Signal

How do i do this,I Want to give the box to my father but have being told i need to de-register it

I am the orginal owner

I left Vodafone last year and would like to de-register myt sure signal so I can give to my father to use at work.

Please can you let me know what information I need to provide so I can de-register.

This is where I'm struggling.. My partners parents gave it to us and we can't log in as they don't know details to get in.. Can't get anywhere on the phone father in law tried and so have I 😞

I need to de-register by Sure Signal box that I haven't used for over a year.  When I go onto the My Sure Signal section of the website the sure signal box isn't listed - does this mean it's no longer registered?  The serial no. is 21221612951.  Thank you.
