Hi,
At work we have just come back to Vodafone, living in a rural area means that I have poor signal coverage at home. I mentioned this to the person at work who deals with the phone contracts and she gave me a Sagem sure signal box which was used by a previous employee at his home office when we had our previous Vodafone account.
This employee has since left the company but i would like to utilise the sure signal at home.
Can you please help in how i can get this unit de-registered.
The unit details are,
BSR FEMTO VODAFONE UK (SAGEM)
253112320
Mac: 000E59195796
SN: 21197136365
F076/10
Many thanks
Darren

Hi @dazkirk74
Only the original owner can request this, as it'll be registered against their online account.
Thanks,
Jenny

Hi @dazkirk74,
We wouldn't be able to advise you of this as it isn't your account to access.
As mentioned, you'll need to get them to deregister it for you.
Thanks,
