My data usage showing in My Vodafone app is wrong, Is there currently an issue with Vodafone systems? What's the best way to get to the bottom of what's going on with my data usage figures? Thanks.

Once you access the app press on the circle were it shows you your usage and it takes you to another page,
From there you can scroll down and on Mine it shows extra data wheels that make up the difference and if you press the >your bundle you'll find even more info

Sometimes the Data part in the myvodafone app or online myvodafone can not look right due to...
A new account on PronRata that needs the first bill to be generated and then it'll catch up.
A recent upgrade on a Contract has been completed and agsin needs to catch up.
Most smartphones now have inbuilt Data Monitors. If your phone has one then please do check it. They do sometimes require resetting each month.
May I ask have you changed the model of phone you've been using ?
Downloaded any recent Apps that maybe the culprit ?
Most phones settings can be tweaked to help curb data usage and so can some apps.
Turning Off Mobile Data and using wifi where possible.
If you feel that what Vodafone is reporting on your usage does not reflect what your phones data monitor is showing or what your usual usage is then Live Chat or Customer service on 191 can clarify usage however they cannot say what used the data only the amount used overall.

The first thing to do is to check your online account, you should also be able to see a breakdown of your data usage from there. You can also call 44555 for a return text with your usage.
If the usage is still out of date, please use live chat for account access.
