Since getting my S6 I can only get internet on G4 or WIFI, If H or anything else is showing, pages will not load, even with full bars. I had a S4 on EE and never had a drop in service so could this be a Vodaphone problem?

Hi

Please use https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/index.htm and use the Zoom out feature o see if any local issues show.

Perhaps use http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Network-queries/Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template/td-p/18566... I check and use the template.

Try tuning your phone off and on and as a Process of elimination: Can U try ure Sim in another phone2 rule out either the Sim or Phone which may be at fault.

Thanks for the reply. I have turned my phone on and off several times but no change, this has been an issue since I got it a month ago. I will try my sim in another phone as soon as I can get an adapter...Thanks again.

I'm having the exact same issue. Already tried another handset and also tried resetting my S6. It's a handset issue, nothing to do with the network as I carry 2 mobiles everyday (Galaxy S3 and S6), both on vodafone. The S3 always has signal even when the S6 does not. What can we do about this? Should I visit a store for a replacement device? I'm paying upwards of £60 a month and can't even use my phone when I need it!

Before going down the repair route, it might be worth having a word with Samsung (Support tab on their UK website last time looked), just to see if they have any suggestions or it's a known issue.   They may say it's the network, but it won't hurt to ask.
